I'm Steve Fuchs, owner of MaritalHome.com. I am currently licensed as both an attorney and real estate broker, although I no longer practice law. I've also written several books relating to divorce. I got my first real estate job in 1972, hold a diploma from NYU's Real Estate Institute, graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1980, and have been a real estate broker, consultant and divorce attorney.
Back in the 1980's, I was vice president of real estate investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated where I was involved in dozens of major real estate transactions. Martindale-Hubbell While practicing divorce law in 1993, I felt the world needed free, easily understandable divorce legal information. To that end, I co-published the Family Law Advisor newsletter, became an AOL content partner in 1994, and co-founded Divorcenet.com in 1995.
Now, fifteen years later, I see the need for a website devoted exclusively to the real estate aspects of divorce since at least one person moves in every divorce. I hope MaritalHome.com helps you make the best possible decisions.
